Padmashri Vaidya Balendu and Vaidya Navin Joshi were felicitated as Kumaun Keshari
At Gadarpur in Uttarakhand on the occasion of Hindi Diwas a mega event was organised by Devbhumi Working Journalist association of Uttarakhand .The eminent personalities of Uttarakhand who established their name in the field of Sports,Health,Culture and Education were felicitated.Renkowned Padmashri recipient Vaidya Balendu Prakash and Vaidya Navin Joshi were felicitated as Kumaun Keshari in the field of Ayurveda for their extraordinary work.Vaidya Balendu Prakash is a Padmashri awardee for his extraordinary work in the field of development of a protocol based treatment of AML,Vaidya Navin Joshi is a well known personality who has done his extraordinary work in the field of Health awareness through Ayurveda as well as propagation of various specialities of Vedic Sciences.He was also felicitated by Dhanvantari award recently in a programme organised at New Delhi.Intenational weightlifter Mukesh Pal ,Journalist C.M.Papnoi and Singer Shaili were also honoured in the same programme.
In his inaugral key note speech Vaidya Balendu Prakash enlightened the role of Hindi in the progress of India.Vaidya Navin joshi explained How Ayurvedic Marma science is easilyvavailable as an instant pain managment therapy for common people.Sri Dayal Shankar ,joint director,CID Forensic lab was the chief guest of the programme.Vote of thanks was given by senior Journalist Pradeep Futela.
