National Seminar on Ayurveda organised at Gangtok :News Report

National seminar on Ayurveda was organised in the capital of Sikkim state Gangtok on 9th July 2019.The programme was a practical training based workshop in which the delegates from National Institute of Ayurveda and the doctors from Northeast States were participated .Chief guest of the seminar was Captain Vinod Sharma of Jet Airways. The seminar was accredited by International Board of medicine and surgery United States of America.The guest of honour of the seminar was the famous plastic surgeon and president of IBMS Mumbai based Doctor Vijay Sharma . The seminar was followed by his keynote speech .The seminar was supported by Regional Institute of Ayurveda, Gangtok ,Sikkim as the research officers Dr Ashok Sinha,Doctor Rahul Ghoshe ,Dr Mukesh and Doctor Mahesh were present in the sessions and shared their exoeriences about the future planning and promotion of Ayurveda in NE States. Dr Nav inJoshi highlighted the basics of Marma science to the delegates while Doctor Uday Kulkarni explore the knowledge of viddhagni Karma Dr Jananand Nautiyal had presented his speech on practical aspect of Panchkarma.The Scholars of National Institute of Ayurveda also presented their papers in presentation session.The seminar was conducted by Doctor Pradeep Kumar Gupta and Doctor Arti Tripathi.The seminar was followed by Validectory session.The seminar was supported by Voice of Sikkim as media partner.
