CCIM Advisory to BCP Uttarakhand :only register valid qualifications under IMCC act 1970

The recent decision of BCP Uttarakhand to register Diploma in Ayurved and Diploma in Unani is violating the guideline of IMCC act 1970 as well as the supreme court decision.Secretary to the council Shamshad Bano mentioned that any registration beyond the valid qualification mention under the IMCC act 1970 will violate the act. .Its our advice to BCP Uttarakhand that remove immediately all the registrations of any qualifications from the list which is not mentioned in IMCC act 1970
