The two-day International Conference and Hands-On Training Workshop on Marma Therapy, Nadi Pariksha, Viddh Agnikarma and Raktamokshan was successfully held in Bengaluru on 8–9 November 2025. The event was jointly organized by Ayush Darpan Foundation Trust (Dehradun) and Himayu Care.
Renowned experts from India and abroad participated in the event, while several participants from Germany, Sri Lanka, Nepal and Bhutan joined virtually.

- International trainer Vaidya Navin Joshi and team demonstrated all 107 Marma points through live sessions, along with stimulation techniques.
- Hands-on training in Nadi Pariksha, demonstrating the unique three-finger diagnostic method of Ayurveda.
- Practical session on Viddh Agnikarma by Vaidya Ramesh Rajguru and Vaidya Navin Joshi using gold probe, silver probe, jaggery and turmeric. Instant relief in frozen-shoulder cases amazed the participants.
- Practical demonstration on Marma Sharir by Dr. Deepti Godbole, and special session on classical Ayurvedic formulations (especially Kashayas) by Vaidya Priyaranjan Tiwari.

Workshop Highlights
Marma Therapy Training
Vaidya Navin Joshi and his team demonstrated all 107 Marma points, showing practical stimulation methods. Participants appreciated the clarity, precision and real-time practice opportunities.
Nadi Pariksha
The live demonstration of diagnosing health conditions using the three-finger pulse technique left the participants amazed at the accuracy and simplicity of classical Ayurvedic diagnosis.
Viddh Agnikarma
Training was conducted using gold and silver probes, jaggery, and turmeric. Instant results in frozen shoulder cases created strong interest among participants, showcasing the scientific and practical strength of the therapy.
Classical Ayurvedic Medicines
Vaidya Priyaranjan Tiwari spoke in detail about classical Kashayas, their preparation, indications and clinical applications.

- Vaidya Navin Joshi was awarded the title “Best Marma & Nadi Guru” by the Kerala Kalari Marma Institution.
- Prof. Dr. K.K. Pandey and Vaidya Rajan Patankar received the Achiever Award from Ayush Darpan Foundation & Himayu Care.
- Ashwini Foundation, Bengaluru honored Vaidya Navin Joshi and his wife Dr. Mugdha Joshi for their contribution to Ayurveda.
